“My passion is in innovation processes, behaviour design and system thinking”.
I work with human centered innovation because I want to make this world a better place for the people living around me. And that the feeling of being a victim of a system is what annoys me the most. By working with a holistic system approach I can help the systems we are navigating daily, to be a better experience for everybody. I am always questioning why things are done in the way they are, and trying to challenge it by coming up with new ways. I believe innovation needs to be at the core of all businesses – especially in the uncertain and complex world we are living in today.
I´ve graduated from Stanford University, California with a Master in Design. Before that I studied BA Social Anthropology at the University of Oslo and BA Product Design at Bournemouth Arts Institute in England. Between my academic career I worked in trend consultancies in Paris and London as well as Animation and Branding in Oslo and R&D in India. I believe success comes out of a combination of innovation and human factors, combined with the right approach and mix of technology and business.
In my spare time I like spending time in nature, doing downhill biking and skiing – and exploring things that makes me surprised.
